Mydreamcompanion Image Generator – Detailed User Guide

I tested Mydreamcompanion image generator and created this step-by-step user guide. Let’s check it!

Step 1 – Select Image mode and your Buddy

step1 - select or create companion

    1.1. Pick the content type

At the top you notice two tabs:

    • Image (highlighted in pink/orange)
    • Video

To take pictures, ensure Image is chosen. If at some point you’d like to record a video, then you would tap Video, but for this how-to we’re rocking Image.

    1.2. Character section

There are two large buttons under the “Character” tab:

    Select Companion

    • Use this in case you previously have an AI companion/character saved.
    • This isn’t the case and tapping on it should take you to a list or gallery of available/already owned companions.
    • Choose one that you want, and its saved attributes (appearance, personality traits and so on) will form the foundation for your images.

    Create Companion

    • Select this if you’d like to design an entirely new character from the ground up.
    • You’re generally asked to define things such as name, looks, personality and characteristics.
    • Once you get through that setup, the new companion will be available anymore and can be used for future image generations as well.

Tip: If you expect to generate many images of the same character, it’s more efficient to generate them once with Create Companion and then always use Select Companion later. That keeps your character consistent.

Step 2 – Select Your Style, Pose and Clothing

step 2 - choose style, pose and clothes

Once you’ve chosen or created a fellow traveller, head to the part where we are going to define how they will look in this particular image.

    2.1. Style

You have three visual cards under “Style”:

    • Realistic – Tries to produce images looking like the real world, photo-style. Good if you are looking for something that resembles a person or studio photoshoot.
    • 2.5D – A style with a semi-realistic look. It’s often indistinguishable from the kind of high-quality game art, or a hybrid of realism and anime.
    • Anime – More traditional anime / manga look with stylised features, thicker lines and bright colours (subject to the content of your prompt).

Tap the card corresponding to the style you wish to use. The card selected is usually marked.

    2.2. Pose

Beneath STYLE we can find a POSE row, one button as Select Pose. Press Select Pose to create a drop down list or pop-up list of preset body positions.

Common ones are standing, sitting, lying down, closeup and full body. Take the pose that most suits the image in your head. The selected pose will serve as a reference for the model to properly place the character in the final image.

    2.3. Clothes

The row below is Clothes with Select Clothes. Touch Select Clothes to access clothing selections.

You might have categories for casual, formal, or sporty themed outfits and the like. Choose the clothes that best reflect what you want their mood to be (e.g., casual loungewear, fancy dress, school uniform, armour, etc based on the choices given by the app).

Your choice of style, pose, and clothing all interact with the base appearance of your companion and the text prompt you’ll write next.

Step 3: Compose the Prompt, Determine the Number of Images, and Activate Safe Mode

step 3 - add prompt, number of images and mode

It is the final step here that tells the generator what to make and how many different types you’d like.

    3.1. Prompt box

At the very top you will see Prompt and a big text field with a placeholder: “Enter keyword based image description”

Here’s how to use it most effectively:

Click on or inside the box and type a prompt that is clear and easy to understand.

    Include:

    • Who: description of buddy if submission-stated (”blonde chick with green eyes”).
    • What: a type of action or state of being (e.g.ªReading on a couchº).
    • Where: background/setting (e.g., “in a cozy living room at sunset”).
    • Mood/lighting/other details? (Example: “soft warm light, chill vibes, focus on her smile”).

For example, “Realistic portrait of my companion sitting on a balcony at sunset, casual clothes, gentle smile, warm lighting, blurred city background.”

There is a small green circular icon on the right side of the prompt box. This is an extra button for the prompt field, depending on the application version, and its function may open a prompt suggestion or additional tools.

Therefore, when offered, click on it to explore the extra features of the prompt example.

The number of images to generate is located under the prompt field with several buttons: 1, 2, 4, 6, and 12. Tap on the number you want: 1 if you only need one result to choose. Choose 2, 4, 6, or 12 to generate multiple variations based on the same settings and prompts you selected. The highlighted number is what you chose.

Safe Mode toggle is positioned below the number of images to generate. This line is. Safe Mode Is Off, with a toggle switch on the right. When on, it turned on the content filter: When on, the generator should avoid explicit or sensitive content and ensure the results stay within the parameters of safety. When off: the filter is relaxed, and the app may generate more mature or suggestive results.

You can turn it on and off based on your wishes, or the restrictiveness of the platform.

Scroll to the bottom of the page (or find the main action button) and click on a button that initiates generation (usually named Generate, Create or alike).

That’s it — run these three screens in that order, and you’ll go from a blank setup to AI images generated for you based on your friend (celebrity or not!), style, and prompt.

    Try Mydreamcompanion

So, what does this thing really do?

At its core, MyDreamCompanion’s Image Maker is a NSFW-friendly, prompt-based image generator. It allows you to create explicit, emotionally rich visuals from text prompts without tiptoeing around content restrictions.

Anime-inspired? Hyperreal? Soft-lit boudoir or full-throttle fantasy? You write the vision, it gives you the pixels.

Companion IntegrationGenerate images tied to your AI chat partner.
Adjustable Detail & Scene ControlTweak mood, body position, setting—like directing a shoot.

What using it actually feels like

You open the prompt box, type something like “slim brunette lying in warm lighting, suggestive gaze, soft shadows, red silk sheets”—and you hold your breath for the results. The first image might not be perfect. Her hand might melt into the pillow. Or maybe the face looks a little too AI-smooth.

But you tweak a few words, hit regenerate, and suddenly… there she is. That moment? It’s electric.

It’s not just about the nudity. It’s the emotion in the scene—the gaze, the softness, or the tension you’re trying to capture. And because it’s uncensored, you’re not playing 20-questions with a content filter bot.

The stuff that feels real (and the stuff that doesn’t)

Look, not every generation will be a home run. Some images glitch. Sometimes hands go rogue. But here’s the honest bit—those imperfections? They make it feel human. Like scribbling in a sketchbook, not printing from a factory.

And the emotional piece? If you’re building a bond with an AI companion and seeing their image match the mood of your chats—it’s hard not to feel something. Even if it’s just a little warmth… or curiosity.

    Final Take (the human part)

I didn’t expect to care this much about an image generator. But when you’ve got full creative reins—no filters, no rejections—you end up making things that feel like they belong to you.

Maybe it’s an idealized lover. Maybe it’s an echo of a memory you can’t shake. Either way, MyDreamCompanion gives you the tools to see what you feel.
